1. Introduction<\/h4>\n

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) regulate the rights and obligations between AndroMedical s.r.o.<\/strong>, ID No.: 21444722, VAT No.: CZ21444722, registered office: Ji\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 2348\/10, 130 00 Prague 3 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when ordering and purchasing gift vouchers<\/strong> via the website www.testoclinic.cz,<\/a> by e-mail, by telephone or when purchasing in person at the TestoClinic.<\/p>\n\n

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that he\/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n

2. Order and conclusion of the contract<\/h4>\n
    \n\t
  1. The gift voucher can be ordered via an online form<\/strong>, by e-mail, by phone or purchased in person at TestoClinic Ji\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 2348\/10, Prague 3.<\/li>\n\t
  2. The order becomes binding after its confirmation by the Operator<\/strong> by e-mail or verbally upon personal purchase.<\/li>\n\t
  3. The buyer is obliged to provide correct billing and delivery information<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\t
  4. The conclusion of the order or payment of the gift voucher price establishes a contractual relationship<\/strong> between the Operator and the Buyer according to these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\t
  5. In the case of personal purchase of the voucher, the contract is concluded directly upon receipt and payment of<\/strong> the voucher on the spot.<\/li>\n\t
  6. The operator is entitled to refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled for objective reasons (e.g. wrong price, unavailability of the service, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    3. Price and payment<\/h4>\n
      \n\t
    1. The price of the gift voucher is listed for each product and includes the applicable VAT.<\/li>\n\t
    2. Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, QR code or credit card at the address of TestoClinic in Prague, Ji\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 2348\/10.<\/li>\n\t
    3. The voucher will only be issued upon receipt of payment.<\/li>\n\t
    4. We do not accept cash payments.<\/li>\n\t
    5. The operator reserves the right to change prices, but the change does not affect orders already confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      4. Delivery of the voucher<\/h4>\n
        \n\t
      1. The voucher will be delivered according to the buyer’s choice either electronically<\/strong> (by e-mail) without the gift box and bag, or by post<\/strong> including the gift box and bag. Personal pick-up at TestoClinic in Prague 3, Ji\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 2348\/10 is possible after confirmation of the order by the Operator with the specified pick-up date. <\/li>\n\t
      2. The voucher is transferable<\/strong> and valid for 6 months from the date of issue<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.<\/li>\n\t
      3. The buyer is obliged to check the delivered voucher<\/strong> and report any errors immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        5. Withdrawal from the contract<\/h4>\n
          \n\t
        1. TestoClinic gift vouchers represent a service with a specified date or period of performance<\/strong> within the meaning of Section 1837(a) of the Civil Code. For this reason, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/strong> of its conclusion. <\/li>\n\t
        2. Purchased gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.<\/strong><\/li>\n\t
        3. If the voucher has not been delivered, please contact us at info@testoclinic.cz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
