1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) regulate the rights and obligations between AndroMedical s.r.o., ID No.: 21444722, VAT No.: CZ21444722, registered office: Jičínská 2348/10, 130 00 Prague 3 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when ordering and purchasing gift vouchers via the website www.testoclinic.cz, by e-mail, by telephone or when purchasing in person at the TestoClinic.

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract

1. The gift voucher can be ordered via an online form, by e-mail, by phone or purchased in person at TestoClinic Jičínská 2348/10, Prague 3.
2. The order becomes binding after its confirmation by the Operator by e-mail or verbally upon personal purchase.
3. The buyer is obliged to provide correct billing and delivery information.
4. The conclusion of the order or payment of the gift voucher price establishes a contractual relationship between the Operator and the Buyer according to these Terms and Conditions.
5. In the case of personal purchase of the voucher, the contract is concluded directly upon receipt and payment of the voucher on the spot.
6. The operator is entitled to refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled for objective reasons (e.g. wrong price, unavailability of the service, etc.).

3. Price and payment

1. The price of the gift voucher is listed for each product and includes the applicable VAT.
2. Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, QR code or credit card at the address of TestoClinic in Prague, Jičínská 2348/10.
3. The voucher will only be issued upon receipt of payment.
4. We do not accept cash payments.
5. The operator reserves the right to change prices, but the change does not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery of the voucher

1. The voucher will be delivered according to the buyer’s choice either electronically (by e-mail) without the gift box and bag, or by post including the gift box and bag. Personal pick-up at TestoClinic in Prague 3, Jičínská 2348/10 is possible after confirmation of the order by the Operator with the specified pick-up date.
2. The voucher is transferable and valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
3. The buyer is obliged to check the delivered voucher and report any errors immediately.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

1. TestoClinic gift vouchers represent a service with a specified date or period of performance within the meaning of Section 1837(a) of the Civil Code. For this reason, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion.
2. Purchased gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
3. If the voucher has not been delivered, please contact us at info@testoclinic.cz.

6. Claims

1. The buyer can make a claim in the case of:
   • a broken or damaged voucher,
   • incomplete package contents.
2. Complaints can be made by email at info@testoclinic.cz or by phone at 601 007 700.
3. The operator shall settle the complaint without undue delay, but within 30 days at the latest.

7. Privacy Policy

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and in accordance with TestoClinic’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

9. Final Provisions

1. These OPs are valid from the date of publication on the website.
2. The Operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
3. Legal relations between the Operator and the Buyer are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
